We visited Maiji Shrine. It was constructed in 1921. Lots of Japanese people come here and pay respect to the Emperor and his wife. Here is the first thing you see Here is where you wash your hands and face before you go to the shrine and pray. Here is the shrine inside and out. Here are some pictures of a Shinto Wedding and a baby that got blessed.
On the 21st we went to Harajuku Station. The area is known internationally for its youth style and fashion. We were on the train for a about an hour to get there. Before we left we had donuts. They are great! Here is a street full of people shopping! Lizzie and Emme loved shopping at Claire's. Here is a costume shop.
There isn't a lot to do with kids that is cheap in Japan. So we started bowling on Friday Nights and it is a lot of fun! Last week I beat Coby for the first time!! And Lizzie got her first strike!! So we had them print out the scores:)
